Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Events24x7 platform. By accessing or using Events24x7, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About the platform

Events24x7 is operated by Yogtra Systems Private Limited(“Yogtra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The platform provides event coordination services — including guest management, WhatsApp invitations, reminders, and live event updates — to event organisers and their guests.

2. Who may use Events24x7

Events24x7 is made available to:

• Event organisers and coordinators — individuals or organisations that engage Yogtra to manage an event and its guest communications.
• Invited guests — individuals whose details have been provided by an event organiser and who receive WhatsApp notifications or access an event page via its URL.
• Authorised staff — Yogtra employees or contractors who manage the platform on behalf of an organiser.

The platform is not intended for unsolicited use. If you have received access to an event page or WhatsApp message from us, it is because an event organiser has provided your contact details for that specific event.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its back-office
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Impersonate any person or provide false information
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications to guests

4. WhatsApp communications

Events24x7sends WhatsApp messages on behalf of event organisers using Meta's WhatsApp Business API. By providing a guest's phone number to an event organiser who uses Events24x7, the organiser represents that the guest has consented to receive WhatsApp messages for that event.

Organisers are responsible for ensuring that guest phone numbers are collected with appropriate consent and that all communications sent through the platform comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy ↗.

5. Personal data

Our collection and use of personal data (guest names, phone numbers, attendance preferences, and staff credentials) is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described there.

6. Intellectual property

The Events24x7 platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Yogtra Systems Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements without our prior written permission.

Event content (invitation text, guest details, schedule) belongs to the event organiser. Yogtra processes it solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

Events24x7is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that WhatsApp messages will be delivered successfully (message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure and the recipient's network).

WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms Inc. Events24x7 / Yogtra Systems is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Yogtra Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed event communications, WhatsApp delivery failures, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or for any other operational reason. Upon termination of an event's service agreement, associated guest data is deleted within one week per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we make material changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
